1.Download and install FlashRip

2.Launch FlashRip.

2.Click the "Yes" button(see the below picture), or click "Capture URL" button, and start "URL monitor"

3. Open the websites of streaming video and audio, and play the video or audio.

4. Finding the streaming video/audio, FlashRip will start automatically to rip stream video and audio.
